# Super Advisor

> Super Advisor is practice-management software for Canadian discretionary portfolio managers (PMs) and US registered investment advisors (RIAs). It turns the documents an advisor already has into a complete client record, surfaces what needs doing, and keeps every household on the advisor's service standard — from first meeting to annual review. It is administrative software: it organizes information and surfaces tasks, and it does not provide investment advice or make recommendations.

## What it does
- **Gather once, use everywhere:** extracts statements, meetings, emails, and prior-CRM exports into a verified household record with source provenance on every field.
- **Meetings handled:** a brief before each meeting (what changed, what to ask); structured notes, action items, and KYC deltas after, drafted for the advisor's review.
- **Whole book on-model:** the advisor sets a service standard (review cadence, KYC age, data currency) and Super Advisor flags any household that drifts — before the next review.
- **Audit-ready KYC:** changes are collected year-round and surfaced for the advisor's attestation; each sign-off is timestamped, attributed, and immutable. KYC field sets follow CIRO / CFR in Canada and FINRA / Reg BI in the US, selected by household.
- **Account opening & funding, held-away aggregation, plain-language search across the book, and one shared client record for the advisor, CSA, and compliance.**
