By accessing or using Super Advisor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Super Advisor provides a cloud-based practice management platform for financial advisors, including client relationship management, workflow automation, document management, and AI-assisted tools.
"Personal Information" is defined as information or an information set that identifies or could be used to identify an individual directly or indirectly. Super Advisor will not give, sell, rent, or loan any Personal Information to any third party except as described in these terms and our Privacy Policy.
"Usage Data" refers to encoded or anonymized information or aggregated data that does not contain identifying details. We may use Usage Data internally and share it with customers, partners, and service providers for improvement and analytics purposes.
Registration may require name, email, billing information, and optionally other details about your practice. The Service documents user activity such as work timestamps, access times, and publishing actions. Messages and user-posted content are retained as part of the Service.
Third-party connections may share user IDs, access tokens, and public profile information. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services. Service providers receive Personal Information only for operational purposes, with restrictions on marketing use of shared data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into Super Advisor. We do not claim any ownership over your client data, documents, or other content.
You agree to use Super Advisor only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable financial regulations. You may not use the platform to store or transmit malicious code or to violate any third party's rights.
This policy applies only to the Service itself. Super Advisor does not endorse and is not responsible for the practices of third parties and their sites. Users interact with third parties at their own risk.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Super Advisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice before they take effect.
